  • Does Yieldi have minimum credit requirements for loan approval?

    No, Yieldi bases lending decisions on the value of the underlying property. In most cases, we do not conduct credit checks or require personal financial statements.

  • What is the maximum Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio Yieldi offers?

    Yieldi determines Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios based on our in-house property valuation, with a maximum LTV of 70% in most cases.
